These terms and conditions govern all aspects of using the abc9 platform. By registering on abc9 or using the platform, you are automatically considered to have accepted all of these terms. Please make sure you have read and understood the entire document.

1. General Provisions

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

abc9 strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 21 from creating an account or using the platform. Violating this rule will result in immediate account closure and the associated balance may be forfeited.

For bank transfers, according to banking business day schedules.

4.4 Deposit Conditions

Funds deposited at abc9 must be your own. Depositing from third-party accounts is strictly prohibited. abc9 reserves the right to investigate suspicious deposits and, if necessary, suspend the related transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

abc9 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The following examples illustrate how this works:

Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,200 bonus → Total balance ৳2,200
Deposit ৳14,000 or more → Maximum bonus of ৳8,000 → Total balance ৳22,000

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds must meet a 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example:

৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in wagers must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonus offers can only be received once — per account.
If bonus offer abuse is suspected, abc9 reserves the right to cancel the bonus at any time.
Promotional offers cannot be claimed from multiple accounts, the same IP address, or the same device.
All bonus offers have a fixed validity period — expired bonuses will be cancelled automatically.
abc9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotional offers at any time.

5.4 VIP Program

abc9's VIP program has three tiers. Each tier comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

Bronze — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
Silver — Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
Gold — Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on your regular gaming activity. abc9 will communicate the detailed terms of VIP benefits separately.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

abc9 uses trusted technology to ensure fair and transparent outcomes in all games. Our gaming system is powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which keeps every result independent and unpredictable.

6.2 Betting Limits

A minimum and maximum betting limit is set for each game or market. These limits are clearly displayed in the game interface. abc9 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Sports Betting

abc9 offers betting on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football (including the FIFA World Cup), kabaddi, and other sports. All bets must be approved by abc9 before they are finalised. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, abc9 reserves the right to void the related bets.

6.4 Casino Games

The abc9 casino section offers slots, live casino, fishing games, and many other game types. All casino games carry a house edge, which encourages players to bet with awareness. Gaming may not be profitable in the long term.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on abc9 and may result in account cancellation and balance forfeiture:

Creating an account using a false identity or incorrect information.
Operating multiple accounts for the same person.
Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
Conducting money laundering or illegal fund transactions through an account.

7.2 Bonus Abuse

7.3 Technical Exploitation

Improperly exploiting software bugs or errors.

7.4 Other Prohibited Conduct

Engaging in harassing or abusive behavior toward other players or abc9 staff.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

11.3 Maximum Liability
